Our social enterprise is a wholly owned subsidiary of Australia's most trusted childhood cancer charity, Camp Quality, and is governed by an experienced, board of directors. Their role is to ensure we deliver on our vision and operate aligned to our values. The accomplished board, chaired by Kylie Sprott, guides our social enterprise towards our purpose of building wellbeing, emotional and mental agility in workforces communities while returning profits to Camp Quality to support kids facing cancer.
Chairperson
Recently appointed as our Chairperson, Kylie is a business transformation leader, with experience working across IT, financial services, engineering, environmental services, manufacturing and legal services. Kylie focuses on innovation and how this applies to people and culture, technology and business growth and her experience spans Australia, New Zealand, United States, United Kingdom, Ecuador and Asia. She is a Non-Executive Director at Position Partners Pty Ltd and a keen philanthropist – working with The Smith, Willow International and Rainbow House Iligan orphanage. Kylie holds a Bachelor of Arts (Politics, Film and Media), Postgraduate in Business and has studied Strategic HR at Harvard Business School. Kylie also has qualifications in Organisational Change Management from University Technology Sydney and is a graduate of AICD.

David is an accomplished lawyer with over 30 years of experience in advising clients across a wide variety of sectors on a range of corporate and commercial law issues. He is the Head of the Corporate practice of KPMG Law Australia, jointly leads the M&A practice of the global legal business of KPMG and is a member of the Global Leadership Group of KPMG’s global legal business. David brings a wealth of relevant legal knowledge to the board, particularly in the areas of corporate and commercial law and corporate governance. He holds an LLB and a BEc (Accounting Major) at Sydney University and has completed the Harvard Business School Leadership Program. David is also a long-standing Board Member of Camp Quality.

Damon Fealy is an experienced technology consultant and executive, early-stage investor and holds executive and non-executive director roles on a number of boards. He specialises in unlocking how technology in organisations can be leveraged to achieve return, advantage, efficiency and outcomes. He has created and helped others start, build and exit businesses and enjoys working with not-for-profits and other organisations such as Camp Quality and Queensland Ballet. His qualifications include a Bachelor of IT, Graduate Diploma of Music Technology, Digital Audio Technology, Production and Engineering, Australian Institute of Company Directors course. He holds numerous other certifications and is an Industry Fellow of Griffith University. Damon brings an entrepreneurial and tech-literate perspective to the board, with his recent work mostly focused on investment, capital raising, business/investment analysis and cybersecurity.

Beck is a wellbeing and resilience speaker, coach, trainer and leadership consultant with 25 years of global and local corporate experience, including executive roles in finance, leadership development, telecommunications and not-for-profit organisations. Beck holds a Masters of Applied Positive Psychology with First Class Honours from the University of Melbourne, is an undergraduate in Commerce and is accredited in world-class emotional intelligence and strengths-based diagnostics. Beck is passionate about inspiring people to unlock their potential by developing their strengths, forming deeper relationships, discovering meaning in their work and accomplishing their goals. Her motto is ‘be happy, be kind, be grateful.’
