Late last year, The Oranges Toolkit appointed a new chair of the Board of Directors in Kylie Sprott, replacing David Arkles after his successful three-year tenure. On top of the growth in personnel, we are currently conducting a pilot of a new social eLearning platform. This innovative training platform will enable us to deliver our flagship 7 Segments of Wellbeing training program online – reaching broader and bigger audiences. Highly engaging, interactive and accessible from anywhere, the e-Learning solution is powered by bite-size videos and practical activities based on the latest scientific research. The ORANGES segments of Optimism, Resilience, Attitude, Now, Gratitude, Energy and Strengths will be available from April as a holistic package or individual segments, delivered in small groups to support learning.
Alongside this pilot, we are currently establishing an Advisory Panel focused on product development and program measurement. More details will be announced later this year.
The Oranges Toolkit recently launched a new website celebrating its bold brand and content, with plans to release merchandise and online product sales in coming months. We are excited to have secured sponsorships of major Human Resources events including the National Human Resources Director Summit on 30 March, The HR Leaders Forum on 18-19 May and AHRI’s National Convention in August. Following the successful Mental Health Month panel event in October 2020, we will be presenting more targeted panel and forum events throughout the year.
