When positive wellbeing is role-modelled by the people around us, those emotions and actions can be highly contagious and influential. According to research by Kim Cameron, leaders who are positive energisers tend to have 4 times more influence than leaders who are not.

The Wellbeing Champion Program includes a half-day ‘90 Strategy workshop’, designed to help handpicked champions to create a plan where they will positively influence 90% of your organisation in 90 days with $90 each (Please note - the budget is optional and changeable).

During the half-day workshop, we will:

  1. Explore what it means to be a wellbeing champion and the positive impact the team can have
  2. Brainstorm actionable ways to be ‘positive deviants’ and embed those tools in the organisation
  3. Create a ’90 plan’ outlining the actions to take as a team and individually

Following the workshop, the ’90 plan’ will guide impactful behaviour of the team of  champions. Once a month during the 90 days, 45-minute webinars will be held with a qualified Oranges Toolkit facilitator to provide support, advice and accountability to ensure the plan progresses effectively.  Get in touch to find out more.
