After the intensity of 2020 and continued volatility in our economy and society, many people are naturally feeling exhausted. "Change fatigue" is a real issue for many organisations, affecting both employees' and managers' ability to adapt to further changes and be fully engaged at work.

Left unchecked, stress can escalate to workplace burnout, an “occupational phenomenon” listed in the World Health Organisation’s International Classification of Diseases, characterised by exhaustion, feelings of apathy or negativity towards work, and reduced effectiveness. Prolonged workplace stress not only threatens employee health but also business performance and the economy.

Thankfully, there are lots of things we can do as individuals and managers to identify and minimise workplace stress and fatigue for ourselves and others. 

In this highly interactive webinar, we:
