Craig Murphy is a practical HR executive with proven global leadership experience and a track record of delivering results. He is currently General Manager Customer, People and Culture for the Henley Properties Group (a subsidiary of the listed Sumitomo Forestry Corporation). With more than 20 years’ experience working with high-performing leaders and teams in great companies including Telstra, Orica and BHP, Craig’s expertise lies in HR strategy development and deployment, organisation design & restructuring, business transformation, and leadership of HR teams.

A highly regarded leader, Craig is a Certified Professional of the Australian HR Institute (CAHRI), an advisor to the People and Leadership Committee of Victoria University, and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Craig has lived and worked in many locations across Australia as well in Europe and currently resides in Melbourne.

Tegan Davies is the passionate General Manager of The Oranges Toolkit. She is an experienced designer, presenter and facilitator of wellbeing, leadership and coaching programs. Prior to joining The Oranges Toolkit, Tegan held a variety of leadership roles at childhood cancer charity, Camp Quality, including leading the Learning & Development & Culture function nationally.
