Put our science-based wellbeing principles into action with a 28 Day Vitality Challenge!

This bold and engaging calendar is ideal for individuals and teams who want to embed the knowledge they have gained during our Seven Segments of Wellbeing program workshops, virtual classrooms or Vitality Videos. Each of the segments from the ORANGES framework are covered, with four colour-coded prompts to support Optimism, Resilience, Attitude, Now, Gratitude, Energy and Strengths over the 28 days. The daily activities have a focus on connection to support collaboration, relationships and teamwork.

The 28 Day Vitality Challenge features activities to embed learning from The Oranges Toolkit training

The beauty of the challenge is that you can start it on any day, any time of year - whenever you are ready to build wellbeing and vitality!

The reverse side of the calendar features the unique Seven Segments of Wellbeing framework - making it easy to recall what ORANGES represents. The printed calendar can be a handy desk accessory or wall calendar to keep wellbeing top of mind and spark action and discussion.

We offer printing and delivery services on request, and co-branding of the calendar if desired at an additional cost. Please contact us for further details.
