Leading Through Change

Leading Through Change

Learn how to apply neuroscience to motivate others, even during periods of significant change

In times of change, leading others to remain engaged and motivated can be even more challenging than usual. With heightened emotions and continued uncertainty, it's important to understand what it takes to inspire employees to perform at their best.

Leading and motivating others during times of heightened emotions and uncertainty can be especially challenging. Human nature can take us in one of two directions: fear, helplessness, and victimisation or self-actualisation and engagement. As a leader, it's essential to understand how to foster engagement and motivation in your team.

In this highly practical session, you'll learn strategies that you can apply immediately to increase engagement, motivation, and performance.

We use the Strengths Profile tool to identify individual strengths and debrief the results with individuals.
