A solution to suit your business

We offer a range of products and services from off-the-shelf programs to more customised solutions to suit your business needs. We are passionate about establishing long-term, sustainable relationships with our clients. Many of our clients have been with us since our inception.

Workshops, Conferences & Keynotes

Our most popular product, the flagship ORANGES program, is a highly immersive 2 day workshop that provides staff with the skills to improve their own resilience and wellbeing. Throughout the 2 days participants experiment with a range of practical strategies first hand to see what works best for them.

If a 2-day program doesn’t suit you business, we can adapt this program to facilitate a 1 day workshop or even a 2 hour key note at your next staff conference.

Employee Wellbeing & Engagement Consultants

Our team have years of experience designing and implementing employee wellbeing and engagement frameworks across a wide-range of industries.
We can work with you to design a framework to integrate the philosophies of positive psychology across your whole business.

At the ORANGES Toolkit, we’re firm believers in creating the right systems and processes that enable businesses to thrive.

Leadership Programs

Our Leadership Strengths Workshops are designed to build executive and future leaders’ awareness of their own strengths, while building their capability in the way they lead their teams. The 4 hour Leadership Strengths Workshops are highly interactive; they can be facilitated as a standalone program, or may be facilitated following our flagship 2-day program.

We can also facilitate a leadership workshop specific to the 7 domains of ORANGES.

Coaching & Strengths Profiles

We have a team of qualified coaches around Australia who are skilled at helping your staff reach and even succeed their goals professionally and personally.

We are also able to provide Strengths Profile (formally Realise2) and VIA Signature Strengths profiles, as well as MSCIET debriefs to help improve your team’s emotional intelligence.

The ORANGES Framework

All of our programs and services are based on the ORANGES Framework. Each letter of the word ORANGES represents a key area of research from fields of such as positive psychology, neuroscience and emotional intelligence. To find out more about each area of focus, simply click on the letters below.

OPTIMISM

Learn tools to create flexible, optimistic thinking habits which enable you to focus on positive outcomes, remain persist, deal with unexpected change and stay motivated. The skills you learn to develop positive beliefs and proactive strategies to combat pessimistic thinking are drawn on pioneering work of Dr Martin Seligman, a leading figure in positive psychology. Objectives are aimed at providing participants with the tools to develop a growth mindset, be open to more possibilities through optimistic thinking habits and have the tools to deal with change and adversities that come their way.

RESILIENCE

Develop the capacity to withstand and adapt to lifes challenges and deal with change, through a range of practical and simple tools to boost positive moods and manage negative emotions. This work is based on the latest emotional intelligence and neuroscience research by Barbara Fredrickson, Karen Reivich and Andrew Shatte. Objectives include showcasing every day tools and strategies for your mind, body and environment that allow you to build your resilience and bounce back from adversity.

ATTITUDE

Learn how much of our happiness is determined by the attitudes and choices we make and explore ways to become flexible, positive and motivated by adopting a growth mind set. Based on research by Carol Dweck which clearly shows that our intelligence is malleable and that you can create a mindset which makes you more motivated, productive and happier. Objectives are aimed at supporting your understanding on how your attitude (positively/negatively) impacts you and others around you and what are the behavioural drivers that influence your attitude.

NOW (mindfulness)

Learn the tools for living in the now and enjoying the present moment. Based on research from Shauna Shapiro and others this workshop involves training ourselves to be more focused, have a greater attention span and be more mindful so we can put things into perspective, gain more emotion control and feel more engaged. The objectives are to provide you with the understanding of the benefits and impact that curiosity, savoring and flow have within any situation to improve your health, decision making and learning.

GRATITUDE

Learn how to boost your happiness and that of others by expressing gratitude and appreciation. This simple action is one of the most powerful tools to increase positive emotions and keep people energised and healthy. It?s a powerful antidote to negative emotion and depression. Objectives include gaining an understanding of the impact of gratitude and how gratitude is strongly linked to positivity and resilience whilst learning how to build gratitude within teams.

EMOTIONS

Learn about the science of laughter and language, and how to use your body and brain to generate energy, release tension and reset the negativity button. Research shows the benefits of fun and laughter in reducing stress, improving heart rate, muscle activity, digestion and immune systems. Objectives include gaining an understanding of the feel-good chemicals that our body and brain craves to create energy, how to maintain your energy, how to quickly re-energise yourself when required and the importance of language on our energy levels. Learn about the benefits of laughter and how to create simple fun strategies within the workplace.

STRENGTHS

Strengths are a pre-existing capacity for a way of behaving, thinking or feeling that is authentic and energising to the user. When understood, and used people perform at their best feel more confident, resilient, engaged and develop more. This work is informed by extensive research into strengths psychology by Alex Linley, Chris Peterson and Robert Biswas-Diener and relates to increasing confidence, being able to reduce stress, build resilience and create strong engagements. Objectives include identifying and gaining an understanding of your strengths and what does this mean for you. How to spot strengths in others to create engaged teams and cooperative relationships.

The Outcomes

ORANGES works because it provides practical, measurable and research based tools that participants take away from each facilitated workshop and implement immediately. Attitudes and positive behaviour change are evident the very next day. Structured re-enforcement tools encourage long term adoption, and drive ongoing productivity improvement. In addition to productivity gains, organisations see benefits such as reduced absenteeism, improved resilience, better attention to detail, improved team work, change enhancing behaviours and stronger workplace culture.
